Q. Why did you change your name from Hondatech to Foreigntech?

A. Due the success of our establishment and our superior services we have expanded our business to include other line of foreign vehicles.

Q. How long has ForeignTech been in business?

A. Foreigntech orignally opened their doors as Hodatech in Febuary of 1997.


Q. Will I void my new car's warranty if I don't have my car serviced at the dealership?

A. NO. At ForeignTech we use genuine Honda parts. This validates and maintains your factory warranty

    We also keep full records in case they are needed.   

Q. What advantages do I have in taking my car to ForeignTech?

A. We offer exceptional service at a lower cost and we exceed the manufacturer's guarantee with our 1-year/15,000 mile warranty.

Q. If I drop my car off to be serviced, can I have a loaner?

A. No. We do however provide a free one day rental to customers whose total repair bill exceeds $750 as long as prior arrangements are made.Most services are usally completed in a timely manner and we provide a clean healty waiting enviorment.


Q. Does ForeignTech work on other cars?

A. Yes. We have now taken on the Toyota line and as a courtesy to our customers, we offer limited service on most imports.


Q. Does ForeignTech use factory parts?

A. Yes. 90% of the parts used are genuine Honda parts. However, in some cases we will offer the customer an Original Equipment Quality After-Market part for a lower cost that has the same warranty.


Q. Is there usually a long wait to get my car serviced?

A. No. ForeigTech's efficient and knowledgeable employees, coupled with our vast inventory of parts, will ensure prompt service. We understand that time is your most valuable commodity so we are committed in having most of your repairs completed the same day. The average time for an oil change is roughly 15 minutes.


Q. How can ForeignTech repair my car in less time than the dealer?

A. Simple, HondaTech takes the beaurocracy out of car repair. Our personalized straight-forward approach saves you time, money and trouble.We also have taylored our facility for productivty and efficency


Q. What is the difference betwee ForeignTech and other non-dealer facilities?

A. Quality, Service and Value. Because we specialize in Honda and Toyota automobiles we have acquired a vast knowledge of the product. This eliminates all guess work in our repairs. We also utilize  the latest diagnostic equipment and service manuals. Our extensive inventory and use of factory parts eliminates wait time and ensures repair quality. This along with our above-standard 1 year/15,000 mile warranty, places us far above our competitors.


Q. Can I leave my car after hours?

A. Yes. We provide a night-drop service where envelopes are provided for drop information. The night-drop is located at the front of the building. You are required to complete the information on the envelope, insert key and deposit in night-drop. Don't forget to put your phone number where you may be reached for follow-up and service confirmation. The premises are secured and has 24 hour monitoring.


Q. Aren't all parts the same?

A. Even though they may look the same, the materials used by car manufacturers have gone through rigorous and extensive testing procedures to ensure maximum performance and durability. This is why 90% of the parts used by HondaTech are genuine factory parts.
